These low-carb pancakes are fast & easy to make!
Ingredients:
2 ounces Cream Cheese
2 Eggs
¼ teaspoon sweetener (optional)
½ teaspoon Cinnamon (optional)

These low-carb pancakes are fast & easy to make!

2 ounces Cream Cheese
2 Eggs

½ teaspoon Cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Let sit for 2 minutes so the bubbles can settle.
- Pour 1/4 of the batter into a hot pan greased with butter or non-stick spray.
- Cook for 2 minutes until golden, flip and cook 1 minute on the other side.
- Repeat with the rest of the batter.
- Serve with pure Maple Syrup or Honey.
- Fresh fruits & walnuts make a great topping too!
